There’s a seat for you.

Studioplex has always been a place people build together — that started with the artists who restored it, and it continues with the neighbors who show up today. Our committees are where a lot of that happens, and they’re open to every resident. You don’t need special expertise or a big time commitment: just an interest in the place you live and a willingness to lend a hand.

Whether you want to help tell our story, plan the next bonfire, or protect the character of a 1905 landmark — there’s a seat for you.

Studioplex Communications Committee

comm@studioplexatl.com

Keeps neighbors in the loop — the newsletter, this website, and announcements about what’s happening in the building. A good fit if you like writing, photography, or design.

Studioplex Architectural Control Committee

Reviews proposed changes to units and common areas, balancing what owners want to do with the preservation of a building twice listed on the National Register.

Studioplex Social Committee

Plans the gatherings that fill the community calendar — yoga nights, loft tours, bonfires and the holiday party. If you like bringing people together, this is your committee.

Studioplex Historical Committee

Stewards the Studioplex story — the archive, the historical tour, and the public art and preserved details that make this place what it is.
